- Sub-contracting Plan Past Performance Questionnaire Past Performance Ref Form Task Order One Award Term Plan Non- Disclosure QASP Template IRS Location Data General Financial Info MPS Pricing Workbook Solicitation IRS Request for Proposal (RFP): TIRNO-17-R-00012 - Treasury Dept. & Bureaus Managed Print Services The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is posting this RFP for Managed Print Services (MPS). This purpose of this acquisition is to move the Treasury Department and all its Bureaus to a predominantly network-based printing service that will benefit the Treasury through lower energy, equipment, supply, and vendor-related service costs. The intent of the Government is to purchase a service with a guaranteed outcome and not to purchase hardware, software, consumables, or supplies. This solicitation for commercial items was prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is TIRNO-17-R-00012 and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price, IDIQ for Services only. The estimated period of performance for this requirement includes a twelve month (12) base period and four (4) one year options, and the opportunity to earn two (2) one year award terms commencing September 30, 2017 through September 29, 2018. ***Question Submission****: Submissions of comments, feedback, or questions from vendors shall be submitted via email to Patricia Session at patricia.a.session@irs.gov and bianca.betancourt@irs.gov by 3:00 p.m. Daylight Savings Time (DST) on Friday, July 7, 2017. Late questions or comments WILL NOT be considered. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to FAR 4.1102 and other applicable regulations and guidelines. Information can be found at www.sam.gov. Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award. All perspective vendors shall be subject to a tax check which shall have a direct impact on the vendor's ability to receive award. NOTE: Complete and return along with your proposal a signed copy of IR1052.209-9002 NOTICE AND CONSENT TO DISCLOSE AND USE OF TAXPAYER RETURN INFORMATION found on pages 75-76. All proposals must be valid for 30 days from the closing date for this solicitation. No exceptions or qualifications.
