- GPS Equipment - Radio Collars - BLM Utah The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) State - Utah seeks a contractor to supply GPS equipment - radio collars and associated equipment for the Kit Fox study. The line items specify what is needed and the quantity that is needed. The line items must meet or beat the specifications that are in the attached file titled "A04 L17PXxxxxx specifications - GPS Equipment - Kit Fox Radio Collars" as appropriate for the line item. The location where the equipment is to be delivered is the BLM Color Country District Office 176 East DL Sargent DR Cedar City, UT 84721. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is being conducted under NAICS code 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing under which, to be a small business, a company must have 1,250 employees or less in this category. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business under NAICS code 334511. The contractor will be selected by means of lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Technically acceptable means meeting or beating the technical specifications given in the attached file titled "A04 L17PXxxxxx specifications - GPS Equipment - Kit Fox Radio Collars" as appropriate for each line item. Whether or not a proposed product is or is not technically acceptable is the sole decision of the BLM. The terms and conditions are the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses of a commercial item in the dollar range of Simplified Acquisition Procedures - attached file. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have a current entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal government contracting.
