Description
FBO POST - PRE-SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 14 JULY 2017 The project scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to repave Tampa Drive between Harriet Lane and Hudson Circle and install two traffic signs and two parking signs at the USCG Academy, New London, CT. The scope of the project includes: 1. Removal and replacement of HMA Pavement 2. Spacer and chimney repairs to 4 catch basins and 2 manholes 3. Grade adjustment of 1 catch basin and 1 manhole 4. Pavement markings and signage 5. Construction of 2 sidewalk ramps 6. Removal of 4 retractable security bollards 7. Miscellaneous related work, including surface restoration of adjacent landscaping Solicitation packages will be available on or about 14 July 2017. Tentative date for receipt of bids is 15 August 2017 at 2:00PM. Period of Performance: Award is anticipated to be made in late August 2017 early September. The overall period of performance is Notice to Proceed plus four (4) weeks. The applicable North American Industry Classification systems (NAICS) code is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of 15 million. The estimated value of the procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Payment and/or Performance bonds will be required. The acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14. Pursuant to FAR Part 19.5 set aside for Small Business, this solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Our office no longer issues solicitation or amendments in paper form.
