- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) proposes to award a single award Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity contract using Firm Fixed Price type delivery orders to provide the maintenance of an existing worldwide library of DoD-owned Unpublished Graphics, production of new graphics, and delivery of those products to NGA for dissemination via web services and mobile applications. The total anticipated ordering period is five years. This project will be posted for full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 541370 - Surveying and Mapping Services. The Small Business Standard is $15.0M. The RFP will be posted on the NRO's unclassified ARC website at: https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/janus-aero This effort is to maintain Aeronautical Safety of Navigation (SoN) information. Over time this maintenance program will modernize and transition from paper and basic PDF's to digitally coded data. This information and data is used for mission planning, navigation, and aircraft flight management systems. The production is generally synchronized to the internationally-coordinated 28-day Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control (AIRAC) cycle. Due to an exponential increase in DoD flight operations the need for global access has led to an increase in ad-hoc production to support emergent requirements. To provide durable support for contingency operations, the DoD needs a complete worldwide library of pre-existing and maintained DoD-owned Terminal Instrument Procedures (TIPs). The Government intends to award a contract for non-commercial items utilizing FAR Part 15. Vendors must be approved and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (Website located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM#1 before award can be made. This notice is not a request for quotations for solicitation of offers. There is no solicitation available. All questions and comments should be addressed to primary and secondary POC's Listed.
