Description
This is a sources sought to determine the availability of potential sources having the capabilities necessary to provide the specified requirement. All interested vendors are invited to provide information to contribute to this notice including commercial market information. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a sources sought synopsis only. Questions shall be submitted by email to seena.ninan@va.gov. Provide only the requested information below. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB) sources and their size classifications relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The NAICS code is 611430 DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office Internal Controls has a requirement for Myers-Briggs Onsite workshop on Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicators including an assessment (preferably online) before the training is conducted. The workshop shall encompass analysis of the assessment, lesson plans, training aids, and handout materials to be presented by an experience instructor. VA requires this training to support the organizations complex and diverse workforce. It is estimated there will be 25 participants. The period of performance shall be one pre-assessment and a 2-day class held during August/September 2017. Place of Performance is VA facilities located at Office Internal Controls, 7600 Metropolis Drive, Austin, TX 78744. Interested parties may submit their product literature for consideration via email: Seena.Ninan@va.gov. Responses received on or before 4:00 PM CT, July 5, 2017 will be considered. NO CAPABILITY STATEMENTS MAY BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE STATED DEADLINE. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size and DUNS Number. NOTE that any future solicitation could only be awarded to a contractor who is registered in SAM and to receive award based on VOSB or SDVOSB status you must be registered in the VetBiz Registry. 2) Provide a Statement of Capability that demonstrates the offeror's past performance in providing this type of service. Please include the following: (a) prior completed projects of similar nature; and (b) examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information; Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
