- Description
- The VA Northern California Healthcare System intends to award a noncompetitive delivery order to Government Marketing and Procurement, LLC (GMP) for hardware, licenses and warranty services that are part of a Vocera wireless voice badging system with one-of-a-kind VA FIPS compliance for the VA clinics in Las Vegas, NV. GMP is the only authorized distributor of these Vocera products and services to the Federal Government. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541519, size standard $27.5 million. This sole-source requirement is IAW 41 USC 253(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation shall be issued however, any firm that believes it can provide these services can provide written notification to the Contracting Officer for consideration. Supporting documentation must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses are due by July 6, 2017 at 3 PM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the Government s discretion. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be e-mailed to Ronald.Donez@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing capability statements will be provided by the Government.
