Pre-solicitation Notice for Artificial Limbs and Related Services: This procurement is 20% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 339113, size standard of 500 Employees shall apply. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has an ongoing program to furnish Artificial Limbs and Related Services to those veterans that require them and are eligible for assistance. It is VA's intentions to solicit proposals and award Multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to preferred providers within the VISN 5 geographic area to include Perry Point, MD, Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, Clarksburg, WV, Huntington, WV, Beckley, WV, and Martinsburg, WV Medical Center's. Expected contract period is November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2018, with four (4) Option Periods extending the contract annually until October 31, 2023, if exercised by the Government. The solicitation will be available on www.fbo.gov with a tentative posting date of July 17, 2017. Telephone and internet responses will not be accepted.
