- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to one additional vendor question. The due date and time for proposals has not changed. Section/Title: Requirements The scope of this task order is for the installation, design, configuration, implementation and support of call center software using Cisco's Finesse server/database in a High Availability configuration with 90 concurrent user licenses. The Contractor shall deliver a technology stack such that the stated requirements can be accomplished and deployed within the TTB network and with TTB's Cisco Call Center software environment. The following are the general features and functions required for the new software: • Support the following Communication Channels: o Voice - including voicemail o Email o Chat o SMS Q1. Can the government confirm if SMS Texting is required for the initial implementation or a capability that Upstream needs to support for future implementations? (USW requires a 3rd party application to enables SMS to the carrier cell network.). If yes please provide the number of concurrent SMS sessions for each of the concurrent 90 agents. A1. SMS texting is not required for the initial implementation. SMS texting is a capability that Upstream needs to support for future implementations. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide answers to vendor questions. Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm EST July 6, 2017. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Washington, D.C., is soliciting proposals for a Brand Name requirement to implement a call center agent desktop managment system. This need includes a single call agent to interface for all channels of communication (e.g., phane and e-mail) with reporting and analytics. The system implemented must be compatible with TTB's existing call management system, which is Unified Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Cisco Finesse. This is due to the fact that changing TTB's call management system would have significant costs. Please review the enclosures and provide your proposal via email to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov to the attention of T.Ashcroft/M.Gardner by no later than July 6, 2017 at 2:00pm EST. Please ensure that you propose in accordance with (IAW) the SOW, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JAN 2017) and the Attachment A - Pricing Sheet. The Product Firm-Fixed-Prices should be proposed for the base period and each of the four (4) 12-month option periods. We appreciate your interest in participating in this procurement and look forward to receiving your proposal.
