- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease contiguous flexspace within the same building, consisting of 9,284 ABOA sf of office and related space & 2,500 ABOA sf of warehouse space within the City Limits of Wheeling, West Virginia. State: West Virginia City: Wheeling Delineated Area is as follows: City Limits of Wheeling, West Virginia Minimum/Maximum ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet: 11,784 ABOA square feet (sf). Space Type: Flexspace consisting of 9,284 ABOA sf of office and related space & 2,500 ABOA sf of warehouse within the same building. Parking: Sixteen (16) surface parking spaces Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Renewal Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Warehouse space of 2,500 ABOA sf must be contiguous on one floor and accessible at street/ground/1 st floor level; with roll-up garage doors having a minimum opening of 10’ X 10’ for large/SUV-sized vehicles with boat trailers, et cetera. Loading docks with ramps will not be considered. Expressions of Interest should include the following: Building name and address Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot Building Common Area Factor a.k.a. Building “Loss Factor” Basic floor plan(s) of offered space(s) Submissions by other than the Owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the Owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space(s). This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
