Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-Q-0085 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure The purchase of RedHawk TM Real-time Operating System (OS). The NSWCDD requires the following software and maintenance, manufactured by Concurrent Computer Corporation: Model Number Description Quantity W-RHL-RT-UL RedHawk TM Linux Right-to-Use License 116 SW-YM Software Maintenance 1 The underlying real-time capable OS platform is for running multiple baseline executable applications. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance within FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. Must be an authorized reseller. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 20 July 201 7, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 2 1 August 201 7.
