- INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINTE QUANTITY (IDIQ) TYPE CONTRACT FOR DRILLING, SAMPLING, TESTING AND RELATED GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES WITHIN VARIOUS SITES IN ILLINOIS, MISSOURI, KENTUCKY, ARKANSAS, TENNESSEE, AND MISSOURI The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for Drilling & Testing Services to be performed at the above listed locations. Contractor is required to provide supplies/services to satisfy this requirement for the USACE Memphis District. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: This pre-solicitation notice is for interested firms to submit their proposal/SF33 by August 3, 2017 @ 10:00 a.m. CST. Firms will be selected for review based on evaluation criteria. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposed procurement listed herein will be advertised as Unrestricted therefore, small and large businesses will be considered. Services to be procured under this announcement are classified in North American Industry Classification System Code as 541380. It is the district's intent to award one (1) IDIQ contract to the qualified business. Work will be accomplished under this IDIQ Type Contract with a performance period not to exceed five (5) years. Individual projects will be issued by firm-fixed price task orders designating the locations and type of work to be performed. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform geotechnical drilling, sampling, laboratory testing, reporting, geoprobe sampling, piezometer installation, piezometer monitoring, and inclinometer installation. The work will be performed at various sites in Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested firms having the capabilities for this work must provide your submittal in accordance to solicitation W912EQ-17-R-0018 instructions. A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site https://fbo.gov on or about July 3, 2017. Response to the solicitation must be received via email, mail, or delivered by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of proposal by the time and date stated therein. Proposal should be marked with solicitation number W912EQ-17-R-0018 addressed to USACE Memphis District, Contracting Division, ATTN: Valerie Marshall, 167 N. Main St., Room 665, Memphis, Tennessee, 38103; Phone (901) 544-3619. Include both the solicitation number and your company DUNs number on all submittals. Vendors not registered in SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) database prior to award will not be eligible for award. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all vendors shall be registered in SAM prior to bid. Vendors must also be registered in Representations and Certifications Applications (included in SAM). Vendors may register for SAM by calling 1-866-606-8220 or register online at www.sam.gov. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable (541380 listed above) to this acquisition must be in vendor's SAM registration. Note: Update SAM profile to include all applicable NAICS Codes associated with your company.
