- Justification The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) intends to award on a sole-source basis, a fixed price purchase order to Intelligent Enterprise Solutions, LLC. The requirement is for software maintenance and support for Percussion Rythmyx. The support and maintenance include upgrades for all covered products, unlimited access to the online documentation and unlimited email and telephone support 9am to 6pm Monday-Friday. The award will be made in accordance with FAR 13.501(a). This is not a request for competitive quotes; however all interested sources who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement no later than July 10, 2017 by COB to point of contact for this notice. Information received as a result of this notice will be contsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer
