- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will be posted. The solicitation W912LR-17-T-0056 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).Request for Quotes are due by 12 July 2017, 4:00 p.m. (EST).The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 314999. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following supplies for the 480th Military Police Company. Provide all supplies items per attached Solicitation. Delivery of items to: Ship to DODAAC = W91JG1 USPFO FOR CA C STREET, BLDG 953 CAMP ROBERTS SAN MIGUEL, CA 93451 POC at SSA is: SGM Dennis West COMM: 805 238-8442 Delivery date: 21 July 2017 at Camp Roberts, San Miguel, CA. Requirements for your quote: Please submit your quote using the attached Solicitation document with your company information showing, a price per contract line item (CLIN) and a total price at the bottom. All items shall be quoted. Include the following information on your quote: Cage code, Tax ID number, company name, phone number, contact, and email. The award will only be made to an offeror that is all-inclusive of the requirements on this solicitation. Offerors must be actively registered on the Systems for Award Management database (SAM).
