- Valley Forge National Historical Park - Maurice Stephens House Structural and Masonry Repairs The contract is located at Maurice Stephens House, King of Prussia, PA located within Valley Forge NHP. The work includes all labor, material and equipment required to successfully complete the structural repairs to the masonry of the SE corner of the Maurice Stephens House, including cutting a new doorway and the removal of the temporary bracing. A concrete slab will be added to the south half of the basement as part of the structural repair work to the SE corner. Additionally the work includes structural improvements to the interior floor structure of the second and third floors. Estimated Price Range: The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: The associated NAICS code is 236210 ¿ Industrial Building Construction with a small business size standard of $36.5M. Notice: This project is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Site Visit: There will be an organized site visit on Tuesday, July 18 @ 10 AM Eastern Time, participants will meet at Valley Forge National Historical Park, Administration Building, 1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406. See FAR 52.236-27 for additional information. WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package.
