1 each Expression patient monitor (MR400), item #: 866185; 1 each A01 standard accessories; 1 each F07 basic + AA, O2, IBP(x2), temp. 1 each Expressions MR400 accessories, item #: 866428; 1 each F17 adult F07 accessories; 1 each F27 pediatric F07 accessories; 1 each H01 power; 1 each H02 patient connections; 1 each H03 patient connections - ECG CV; 1 each H04 patient connections - ECG standard; 1 each H06 patient connections - IBP; 1 each H07 patient connections - temp. 1 each Expression Information Portal (IP5), item #: 865471; 1 each A01 standard accessories. Freight charges in not FOB. THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE QUOTED ALL OR NONE. SUBSTITUTE ITEMS: If you plan to provide other than the brand name cited in the purchase description, provide in your response the brand name and the catalog or part number you intend to furnish and the characteristics of the substitute item that are equivalent to the brand name. Also provide all documents which clearly describe the item(s) so that it/they can be evaluated by the end user. Failure to submit the requested substitute item information before the closing date listed above, will eliminate the vendor from all further consideration. Items otherwise equal may not satisfy the requirement due to differences in material composition, size, environmental application, etc. If an item is furnished which does not meet the requirement the item will be returned at the vendor's expense for a full refund. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. (End of provision) SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: 1. All requested items MUST be compatible with the following existing equipment currently in use at the medical treatment facility: GE Optima MR 450W 1.5 GEM 24.0 and GE Discovery MR 750W 3.0T GEM 24.0. 2. MRI compatible. 3. Wireless. 4. FDA approved. 5. ECG connections. 6. Blood Pressure monitoring connections. 7. Compatible for use by Anesthesia during conscious sedation cases. 8. Adult and Pediatric compatible. 9. Bedside quality parameters. 10. Widescreen viewing. 11. Advance alarms. 12. Combination of ECG advances from patient to waveform. 13. Reduced restrictions to allow for specific monitor placement telative to the patient and the magnet.
