Linda Buccigrossi Contracting Officer Questions regarding Protocol Management System, Solicitation # VA240-17-Q-0149 Question 1: Please confirm that the VA is not using their RAM system for this requirement. Response to question 1: The VA will not be using their RAM for this requirement, and no data or operational files will be stored on VA owned devices. Question 2: Please provide estimated budget range. Response to question 2: This is a competitive requirement and the market will determine cost. No budget or dollar value is available. Question 3: If bidders have comparable experience at federal facilities other than VA facilities, does that rate as comparable to providing services at VA facilities? Response to question 3: I am assuming you are referring to Past Performance. Please refer to the solicitation, page 39, Section E.5 52.212-2 Past Performance; Proposal must list up to three contracts for products of a similar type, scope, size and complexity that are ongoing, or have been completed within the past five years. Proposal shall be evaluated based on submission of the required number of previous contracts demonstrating past performance. Offerors not able to submit the minimum number of previous contracts will be given a neutral rating. Interviews with previous customers may or may not be conducted.
