Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· Offered space should be on contiguous floors, and in the same elevator bank. A maximum of only one floor offered to the Gov't can be a multi-tenant floor. •· Offered space not to be located on main/ground or 2 nd floor. Space must be a walkable 1/4 mile to a public transit stop. •· A secure buffer is provided including no common walls or corridors between Government leased space entry points and public/retail space. •· •· If requested, must provide a comprehensive tenant roster. •· The Government reserves the right to perform its own security evaluation and may require building specific mitigating security measures to be enforced upon said evaluation. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offerors shall advise if the offered building is located in the 100 year flood plain. Generally, GSA does not accept these sites, however some Counties in Florida are exempt from this requirement. As such, GSA will review the location of the offered site(s) and determine if the requirement to be outside of the 100 year floodplain is waived.
