(1) P17PS01736 Amend 0001 RFQ Bridge - Specifications & Clauses.pdf Request for Quote - Bridge - Modular, Pre-Fabricated Short Span Beam Bridge Solicitation Information: The National Park Service, North Cascades National Park (NOCA) has a requirement and is Requesting Quotes for the purpose of purchasing a Bridge - Modular, Pre-Fabricated Short Span Beam Bridge. Request for Quote (RFQ) P17PS01736: Beam Bridge Purchase and Delivery. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-94,2005-95 / 01-19-2017) and is set aside for small businesses; NAICS 332312 Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing (Bridge sections, prefabricated metal), manufacturing contractors/vendors, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed Price, Simplified Acquisition (FAR Part 13), Best Value Award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Interested quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them. If the quoter is not registered in SAM, they may do so through the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/ 1. Background: The National Park Service (NPS) manages paved and gravel roadways, trails and bridges within the Stehekin District of North Cascades NPS Complex and Lake Chelan National Recreation Area. The intent of this solicitation is for the purchase of a Bridge - Modular, Pre-Fabricated Short Span Beam Bridge. The procurement is for purchase and delivery only as the existing bridge will be removed and new bridge installed by NPS staff (onsite maintenance personnel). 2. Delivery Location: North Cascades National Park Service Complex Stehekin Landing Stehekin, WA 98852 The bridge components to be purchased shall meet specification requirements listed in the specifications section document; and purchase of bridge is to include delivery to the Stehekin Barge Landing (FOB Destination).
