Description

This is the synopsis of the Repair Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-18-G-AZ01 to be placed with Raytheon Indianapolis (Cage 072E5) and serves as the pre-solicitation notice for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP from the period of 12/1/2017 through 12/1/2022 for the evaluation and repair of various items manufactured by Raytheon Company. The list of National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) are attached. Individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under these Navy Weapons Systems. Orders issued under the BOA will site the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the government does not possess the data to procure competitively.
