- United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service 1323 Club Drive Vallejo, CA 94592 Tahoe National Forest Supervisor Office Lease Tahoe National Forest Expressions of Interest Sought The Government currently occupies office and related space under lease in Nevada, CA that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 19,200 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space or two office spaces, one approximately 13,000 and other space 6,200 sqft. Space can be existing space or new construction. The Government is also looking for 40 secured parking spaces for official vehicles and 70 spaces for visitor and employee parking. The lease requirement is for a term of 20 years with the right to terminate at any time after the first ten years with 90 days notice. The space must be available for occupancy by September 30, 2018. The space must be located within City limits of Nevada City, CA or Grass Valley, CA. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at the current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. All proposed space must meet required health, life, safety and meet current energy efficient code. Address and location of the available space. 2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot. Lessor to provide janitorial and landscape maintenance services. 3. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per square foot. 4. Date of space availability. 5. Building ownership information. 6. Amount of parking available on site. Rental rate should include the cost of parking. 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing/proposed within the building. 8. List of building services provided. Seeking all inclusive costs. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
