- Sole Source Justification - Bloomberg This is a notice of the intent to conduct a sole source acquisition for a commercial item, to be awarded to Bloomberg Finance L.P. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics is requesting a one-year subscription plus four one-year option periods for Bloomberg Terminal Professional for the Office of Production Price Index and the Office of Prices and Living Conditions. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification for more information. If any other businesses are able to meet this need, they must respond to this notice by Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. EST. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Bloomberg Finance L.P. will be pursued. You can submit your responses and any questions to lee.jasmine@bls.gov.
