- SOLICITATION SOW CDRL N0016417Q0050-COMPETITIVE-FARFIELD MEASURING SYSTEM-PSC 6110 - NAICS 335999-ISSUE DATE 6 July 2017-CLOSING DATE 7 August 2017-12PM EST THIS ACTION IS NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS Naval Surface Warfare Center(NSWC), Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price(FFP) supply contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NSWC Crane has a requirement for components contained in a far field measuring system to conduct future antenna and radome measurements. The components will consist of hardware and software to support the devices under test. Anticipated CLIN Structure CLIN 0001: Azimuth Positioner CLIN 0002: Polarization Positioner CLIN 0003: Indoor/Outdoor Absorber CLIN 0004: Low Frequency Hybrid Absorber CLIN 0005: Walkway Absorber CLIN 0006: High Frequency Absorber CLIN 0007: Positioner Controller CLIN 0008: Positioner Cabling CLIN 0009: Measurement Controller CLIN 0010: Far Field Measurement Software CLIN 0011: Software Driver Positioner Controller CLIN 0012: Software Driver Measurement Controller CLIN 0013: PNA Software Driver CLIN 0014: System Controller CLIN 0015: LAN Switch CLIN 0016: Software Maintenance CLIN 0017: Integration Support CLIN 0018: Data Deliverables Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: Crane, IN 47522. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. The anticipated award date is 25 August 2017. Prior to submitting a quote, carefully review ALL sections and fill in all blanks. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted via email to the POC below. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane.
