- DLA Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about July 24, 2017, for two Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) Installation Kits (IKs); MK-3092/VRC, NSN 5895-01-570-2424 and MK-3094/VRC, NSN 5895-01-570-5824. The Government owns the technical data package (TDP) for both NSNs and they will be attached to the solicitation. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one five-year base period and no option periods will be awarded. The NAICS code for these items is 334290. The RFP will be issued using full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Furthermore, based on market research, the Government will use the policies contained in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Estimated Value for the contract is $450,000.00. This estimate is provided for planning purposes only and does not represent a guarantee by the Government. A guaranteed minimum will be provided for year one (1) of the contract only and will be issued with the first delivery order. Delivery is to the DLA Distribution Facility in New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered an RFP. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal upon release of the RFP, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet for viewing and downloading on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov.
