Validate technical solution feasibility across a tactical network in a Government laboratory and/or field environment (Deliverables: Test Plan, Test Procedure, Test Report) 4. Engineer Government approved technical solutions into an integrated solution set (Deliverable: Electronic Patching Solution) 5. Validate program implementations of solution Required Knowledge & Experience: 1. Army tactical networks environments and characteristics 2. Engineering and integrating multiple solutions 3.
