Justification and Approval for: Other than Full and Open Competition The VA Manchester Healthcare System (VAM) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with Education management Solutions, LLC for the purchase of SimulationiQ Portable Classic Solution. This equipment is compatible to the SIM equipment already being used at facility. Product Description TRAINING AID: SIMULATIONiQ Portable Classic Solution (3 cameras, 3 integrated microphones, Server and SP and Simulation software) Annual TotalCAREiQ Gold package Year 1 (Includes 3 days of Onsite Training) SimulationiQ Portable Pre-install & On-site Installation Cost (per room) This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Lead Purchasing Agent no later than 07/13/2017 at 12p.m. Responses should be sent to Barbara.Charles@va.gov. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
