- Presolicitation This is a presolicitation notice to purchase biological samples of Leatherback Turtles foraging off the coast of Peru. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is for full and open competition; no set-aside will be used. The associated NAICS code is 813312. The small business size standard is $15.0 M. Performance period shall be date of award through September 30, 2017. In order to receive an award, the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on July 6, 2017 and will close on July 17, 2017 at 05:00 pm MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
