- J and A for Award On June 21, 2017 a GSA Delivery Tas Order was awarded to JBS International LLC for $3,409,714.26 for one year. (This award was made under FAR 6.302-1on a basis as noncompetitive(A. only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to JBS International, LLC to support DOL's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) in nearly all facets of administering the NAWS. The work will include: using Unemployment Insurance (UI) data and other information sources to develop a sampling frame of agricultural employers, using farm labor and agricultural production data from various sources to implement a multi-stratified probability-based sampling methodology, training interviewersto randomly select and interviewbetween 1,500 and 3,000 hired crop farm workers, developing and managing information for the construction of sampling and post-samplingweights, and managing, safeguarding, and analyzing data for the development and dissemination of research products, such as reportsand on-linedata tables. The target number of interviews will depend on availability of funding. The minimum number of interviews shall be 1,500 and could range in increments of 500 up to 3,000 interviews, i.e., 1,500,2,000, 2,500 and 3,000.
