- "This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act." The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 497 Repair Room 127C. The work shall include the following requirements listed in the specific requirements.a. Demolition 1.Contractor must remove existing comm and electrical, as indicated on drawings. 2.Contractor must weld existing vault door closed, as indicated on drawings. 3.Contractor must seal all existing penetrations, as indicated on drawings. b.Construction 1.Contractor must furr-out wall, as indicated on drawings. 2.Contractor must provide and install new maglock and door hardware, as indicated on drawings. 3.Contractor must provide and install new power and comm, as indicated on drawings. 4.Contractor must install government provided Advantor Panel, as indicated on drawings. 5.Contractor must provide and install new cat 6 cable for SAR line, as indicated on drawings. 6.Contractor must provide and install new motion detector, as indicated on drawings. 7.Contractor must provide and install new level 2 HSS BMS, as indicated on drawings. 8.Contractor must provide and install new HVAC split system, as indicated on drawings. 9.Contractor must provide and install new equipment pad, as indicated on drawings. 10.Contractor must provide and install new electrical subpanel, as indicated on drawings. 11.Contractor must provide and install new cell phone storage locker, as indicated on drawings.
