- Attachment G - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment F - WD No. 2015-5231 Attachment E - Certificate Regarding Lobbying - FAR 3.804 Attachment D - 75D-07.0-04 EHS Contractor Requirements Attachment C - Stement of Work (SOW) CNC_BEP WCF Attachment B - 75.00-ENV-005-FW EHS Boilerplate Reqmts Attachment A - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) RFP - 2031ZA17R0005 The purpose of this requirement is to procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Cylindrical Grinder for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). See attached Solicitation document, Statement of Work and applicable attachments for more details. Please pay close attention to the dates for the final round of questions, as well as the close date for the requirement as outlined in the solicitation. A site visit will take place at the BEP Western Currency Facility. The site visit will be conducted for all interested offerors promptly at 11:00 am CDT on Thursday, 27 July 2017. Interested vendors are encouraged to attend. Attached is the Statement of Work (SOW). All interested vendors attending the site visit will need to forward the full name of the representative who will be attending as it appears on their Identification (i.e. Driver License or Passport) to Millie Cortes and Gladys Wilks via E-mail no later than 12:00 pm EST Thursday, 20 July 2017 at milagros.cortes@bep.gov and gladys.wilks@bep.gov. FAR 52.237-1 SITE VISIT ( APR 1984) Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. (End of provision)
