Brown III Email: William.t.brown68.civ@mail.mil Phone: 8014324273 DESCRIPTION The Utah National Guard has a requirement that will be filled under combined synopsis/solicitation W5800P-7157-0150 and is being issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ). This procurement is being solicited under NAICS code 337215, Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing. NAICS code 332999, All other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing will also be accepted. This award should be able to be filled by a single vendor. This requirement calls for the purchase, delivery, and installation of Relocatable Personal Duty Lockers at 3 (three) different Utah National Guard locations (Mount Pleasant, Blanding, and Price). Price location does not require installation charges. Additionally, Mount Pleasant location requires caging delivered and installed. The winning vendor must be able to deliver & install all items listed below 90 Days ARO. Minimal requirements for Unit OCIE lockers to meet technical acceptability: a) Diamond perforated double wall doors welded together b) Stainless steel lock plate with hasp, handle, and number plaque c) Powder coat paint d) Full length 16 gauge door hinges e) Welded 18 gauge (minimum) frames-top, bottom, sides, and back. No main rivets on main structure f) Interior side panel lances every 3 inches to allow addition of internal components g) Lockers are required to match existing lockers for maneuverability and repositioning h) Lockers and caging must be delivered and installed 90 Days ARO Dimensions, quantities, and location: 1) Mount Pleasant location i. Locker numbers and dimensions A. 37 ea. 3 tier lockers, 30" x 30" x 84", total of 111 openings B. 7 ea. 2 tier lockers, 18" x 24" x 84", total of 14 openings ii. Caging numbers and dimensions A. 3 ea. 10' wide x 11' deep, 10 gauge Beastwire, 116" high-with tops, 4' wide x 7' high sliding door with hasp locks per cage B. 2 ea. 12' wide x 8' deep, 10 gauge Beastwire, 116" high-with tops, 4' wide x 7' high sliding door with hasp locks per cage iii. Bids will include shipping and installation of lockers and caging 2) Blanding location i. Locker numbers and dimensions A. 17 ea. 3 tier lockers, 30" x 30" x 84" with 4" base B. Single mesh door with hasp, total of 51 openings ii. Bids will include shipping and installation of lockers. 3) Price location i. Locker numbers and dimensions A. 28 ea. 3 tier lockers, 30" x 30" x 84" with 4" base B. Single mesh door with hasp, total of 84 openings ii. Bids will include shipping of lockers (installation at this location not required) Evaluations Factors: The contract type for this procurement will be firm-fixed price and award evaluation shall be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). An LPTA quote is one that is the lowest price while meeting all the technical requirements of the Government. A lowest quote may not be the successful quote if it does not meet technical requirements (i.e. the Government still reserves the option to award to other than lowest quote if the lowest quote does not meet technical acceptability). Vendors must have the capability to ship all items and be delivered 90 Days ARO to meet technical acceptability. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE/DUNS number, Federal Tax Number, and must include point of contact information. Please provide your quote submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division no later than 12:00 pm (Mountain) 10 July 2017.
