Additional details about the IRS Industry Day. The purpose of this special notice is to announce that the Internal Revenue Service will host an IRS Industry Day event on Thursday, July 27, 2017 in Lanham, MD. This event is designed to increase transparency about IRS strategic priorities and goals and build collaborative partnerships with industry. This event will allow industry representatives to hear directly from IRS leaders and learn about our agency's critical programs and initiatives. There will be several IRS presentations on topics such as the Future State Initiative, Overview of IRS Spend, IRS Online Services, and How to Do Business with IRS. Please note that registration is not yet open for this event. Additional information and registration instructions for this event will be posted by July 17, 2017 to www.fbo.gov as an update to this notice. Please see the attached document titled, "IRS Industry Day Announcement_2017.07.06" for additional details on the event.
