- This acquisition is to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 2540-01-072-9932. The total duration (3-year base plus 2 option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or around its issue date of 20 Jul 2017. Required delivery for NSN 2540-01-072-9932 is 225 days. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin Government Arranged Transportation is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements is at destination.
