- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE------------------------------------------------- A solicitation will be posted on or before July 14th, 2017 for the replacement of the US Forest Service Eel River Work Station Roof in Mendocino County, California. The intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install new asphalt shingles, siding, windows, exterior doors, gutters and downspouts on building #1010 and to install new siding, gutters and downspouts on building #1515. In addition, there are option items for the installation of new asphalt shingles and for 2 new exterior restroom doors on building #1515. Major items of work include but are not limited to: Removing and replacing gutters/downspouts, removing existing roof material and installing the new roof system, removing and replacing siding, removing and replacing building wrap, removing and replacing windows, lowering bedroom windows to meet egress, removing and replacing doors and painting fascia/soffits.
