- J&A Clauses and Provisions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487717Q0276 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This procurement is being issued as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 336413 with a size standard 1250 Employees or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Parachutist Bailout System P/N: B47310-1 (Qty. 18) CLIN 0002: Phantom Console, 1 Cyl, 5 Man P/N: CT03513-1 (Qty. 1) CLIN 0003: Hose Assembly, 98 Inch, Dixon QD P/N: B49579-1 (Qty. 10) CLIN 0004: Hose Assembly, 240 Inch, Dixon QD and Flow Indicator P/N: B49578-3 (Qty. 1) CLIN: Extra Manifold and High Flow Hose for 5-man enabling up to 10 jumpers P/N: B55426-1 (Qty. 1) CLIN: Parachutist Mask/Regulator Assy Sz: Medium Narrow P/N: B47300-2 (Qty. 20) THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED LIMITED SOURCES JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL. Attached Clauses and Provisions Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall submit in writing no later than Tuesday, 11 July 2017 by 2:00 P.M, Arizona Local Time.
