Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1. intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR part 13.103-1(b)(1)(i) a sole source contract with NH Motor Speedway for outreach services during NASCAR events. NH Motor Speedway is the only provider of these services in the VISN 1 catchment area. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) days from the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $19,000
