*** Quantity has increased to 161 each resulting in a new solicitation issue date of 7/24/2017 with a solicitation closing date of 8/07/2017 *** CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE IN TEXT BELOW Purchase Request: 0067508328, NSN: 1560-014719242, STRAP ASSY (V-22). IAW Part Number: 901-011-144-101. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; therefore, please do not submit requests. Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage 97499 is the approved source for this material. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 161 each. The required delivery is 545 days ARO to stock location, Susquehanna, PA. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin applies. THIS IS A CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. THIS IS A NAVY IDENTIFIED CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM. The use of the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A letter will be utilized to solicit the Request for Proposal (RFP) as there is currently a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) in place. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to interested requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is July 24, 2017.
