- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written so This solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ-17-R-1030 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-52. This RFQ shall be set aside for small businesses and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 and the business size standard is $36.5M. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, does apply to this acquisition with no addenda to the provision. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria to be included are detailed in Statement of Work of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. This provision is included in Clause Incorporated by Reference Section of this combined synopsis/solicitation. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition with no addenda to the provision. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The specific clauses required are detailed in Section I of this combined synopsis/solicitation. TEMPORARY COFFERDAM CONSTRUCTION PERRY DAM AND RESERVIOR, PERRY, KANSAS The Contractor shall provide labor and materials for the actual temporary cofferdam and will supervise Government personnel during installation, use, and removal of the temporary cofferdam. The Contractor is responsible to deliver the temporary cofferdam to the site. The Contractor is required to provide a Government with a list of equipment necessary to inflate the bladder system four weeks prior to the delivery date. Upon completion of the dewatering effort, the Contractor will retain ownership of the temporary cofferdam materials. Contractor shall comply with OSHA safety regulations and the current version of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1) Solicitation return pages shall be returned to: Jesse E.
