- Description
- Justification and Approval for the additional work added by W9132V16C0005P00006 The US Army Corps of Engineers - Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geospatial Research Laboratory (GRL) awarded a modification to add scope to Contract W9132V-16-C-0005 on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority provided in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee effort, which added scope to the existing subtask related to Sage Tactical Decision Aid (TDA) Development to review literature of mathematical algorithms and produce three (3) design documents that represent three (3) TDAs. The Government will then select two (2) of the three (3) TDA design documents to have the contractor produce a complete TDA. This modification also added a subtask for the assessment of Sage Tactical Decision Aid design, which will require the contractor to conduct site visits to present research findings to subject matter experts to get consensus on the findings. The aforementioned additions to the scope will extend the period of performance by 60 days.
