- U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space in Perryton (Cochran County), TX: RLP: 48-357 Ochiltree COUNTY, TX 2017 City, State: Perryton, TX County: Ochiltree County Delineated Area: North: City Limits of Perryton, TX South: City Limits of Perryton TX East: City Limits of Perryton, TX West: City Limits of Perryton, TX Minimum Usable Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,050 ABOA Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3500 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 41 Parking Spaces (Client): 27 Parking Spaces (Employee): 11 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: Ten (10) Years (120 Months) Firm Term: None Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • Parking lot must be able to accommodate trucks and trailers with pull-through parking • Building must not be within a 100 year flood zone • A fully serviced lease is required • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
