- Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC) located at 510 East Stoner Ave. Shreveport LA has a need for 1 Endoscopy, Digital Capture, Device Control and Data Connectivity with Salient Characteristic listed below. The following equipment, manufactured by Stryker its equal, shall be provided and installed by the contractor. The contractor shall specify Brand Name or Equal, if bidding on Equal, contractor shall provide literature on all items. If bidding on or Equal equipment the contractor shall provide descriptive literature or the offeror shall be considered non-responsive. This is an all or none bid. Partial bids will be considered non-responsive to the solicitation. SDC 3- Digital Capture, Device Control and Data Connectivity; Equipment shall include: High Definition Capture Device Multiple DVI inputs Able to Record Two Video Sources Simultaneously or Independently Recording Formats Available Picture in Picture Recording Capability Digital Capture Routing Capability Touch Screen Interface Media Saving Options Voice Controllable Remote Control Ability to connect to EMR Camera Head Controllable Hard Drive Memory 1Terbyte Customizable Surgical Timeout Surgeon Profiles to set up consoles Critical Device Status routed to Monitor Surgeon Specific Monitor Color Settings - One Touch Setup Device Control: Device Control shall control clinical devices through multiple control modalities. Connect and control camera, light source, arthroscopic shaver, arthroscopic RF, and arthroscopic pump. Device should allow for nursing staff workload reduction. Device shall allow surgeons to control connected clinical devices directly from the camera head. Devise shall allow either surgeon control of clinical devices in the sterile field or nurse can control/activate all devices directly from the nursing documentation station. Device shall display critical device status onto surgical monitors. Device shall allow customized printing, saving, and clinical device setup/control for each surgeon. Shall also, enable surgeons to perform minimally invasive surgery using standard endoscopic visible light.
