- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement. This notice is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The Government is performing market research in order to determine if small businesses possess the capability to provide the requirements within this acquisition. Respondents need to indicate all small business designations. Based upon small business responses received, consideration will be given to defining what part of the acquisition, if any; will be set-aside for small business competition. PRODUCT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide Brand Name product or EQUAL as listed below. The requirement is for brand new or equal items and no used or refurbished product will be accepted. NOTE: Any solicitations issued in the future as a result of this Sources Sought Notice will be done so on a Brand Name or EQUAL basis. Therefore, we are seeking small business vendors who can offer the items listed below. Manufacturer: Tennant Sales and Service Company 6 EA -- T1B Model Micro Walk Behind Deck Scrubber, Battery Powered, 3 Gallon Solution Tank Capacity, 4.5 Gallon Recovery Tank Capacity with cleaning path up to 15 inches wide, designed for indoor use, Manufacturer part #9008638. 2 EA -- T300 Model High Performance Walk Behind Deck Scrubber, Battery Powered, 11 Gallon Solution Tank Capacity, 14 Gallon Recovery Tank Capacity with cleaning path up to 24 inches wide, designed for indoor use, Manufacturer part #MV-T300-0012. This requirement will be procured under a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The NAICS code is 335210, Small Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Interested contractors are to submit the following information: company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address; DUNS, and information regarding your company s resources and capability in providing the product listed above. Your submission is limited to two pages.
