VA Palo Alto Project: Automatic Door Actuators with Electrical Connection Building 500 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) Palo Alto Division Building 500, presently has some doors that do not have Automatic Door Actuators that provide easy access for elderly and handicapped patients and family members. It also is a key advantage of Automatic Door Actuators can be opened without the use of hands, which can beneficial for easy accessible and infection control. New Automatic Door Actuators will be installed at various locations per drawings/specification throughout Building 500 at VA Palo Alto Division, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, California 94304. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials for the installation of the Automatic Door Actuators including electrical work. IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is Between $100,000 and $250,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a Total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
