- Supply and install back up Generator Set at Morrow Point Power Plant The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement for a Generator Set with installation. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations for a firm fixed price award. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a full and open competitive solicitation for this requirement. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: To supply and install one diesel driven engine-generator set at Morrow Point Power Plant. The engine generator set shall be sized to deliver 650 kW at 0.8 P. F., 480 VAC, three phase output at 60 hertz, with a resistive load bank, enclosure, controls, and fuel tank. Installation includes pouring a concrete pad to place the Generator Set on along with stairs and railing for access to Generator. Morrow Point Power Plant is located on the Gunnison River between Gunnison, Colorado and Montrose, Colorado, 28 miles east of Montrose, Colorado. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this requirement is 335312 Motor and Generator Manufacture with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the final and formal solicitation number R17PS01020 is estimated around July 11, 2017.
