- Description
- The United States Probation Office for the District of Nevada intends to procure Transitional Housing services for Federal defendants and offenders using Competitive Purchase Order in the unincorporated and incorporated ares of Reno. Interested vendors must respond on time and clearly demonstrate that (1) they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such facility(ies) is to provide adequate access for defendants and offenders with physical disabilities, (3) licensed and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and (4) prices of such service shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendor's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. Interested providers must contact Contracting Officer Dan Owens at (702) 527-7267 for a Request for Proposal packet. All completed proposals must be received no later than close of business on September 15, 2017.
