Description
Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Army Substance Coordinator Solicitation for Army Substance Abuse Coordinator The 409th Contracting office Benelux anticipates a requirement for the employment of a Substance Abuse /Employee Assistance Program/Risk Reduction Coordinator for the Benelux Army Substance Abuse Program as mandated by AR600-85. Services include Prevention/Employee Assistance Program, Risk Reduction and Drug testing management. This support includes the coordination of three crucial programs to include, Prevention Coordination, Employee Assistance Program Coordination, Risk Reduction program Coordination and Drug Testing Coordinator. Offerors should have at least a Bachelors' degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, and/or Business, and/or three (3) years of experience/training in social services or risk reduction programs. The anticipated solicitation release date is on or about 26 April 2017, with a contract Award date on or about 1 August 2017. Only offerors/contractors who are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM) may be awarded a contract as a result of the solicitation. Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Contractors shall be registered in WAWF. Because this requirement is located OCONUS, FAR Part 19 does not apply, therefore this requirement will not be set aside for small business.
