The scope of work includes, replace all display cases throughout sales area and update decor in the sales and checkout area. New decor includes department signage, accent graphics, aisle directory signs, and slot boards. Removal of existing cold storage unit for meat department; repair/replacement of existing deficiencies throughout the commissary facility; repair existing single-ply membrane roof system. Architectural and refrigeration upgrade including replacement of some HVAC units, electrical upgrades, and modifications, mechanical and plumbing improvements and modifications. The magnitude of this project, in terms of yen value, is between ¥500,000,000 and ¥1,000,000,000.
