Description

This requirement consists of providing janitorial services for Naval Hospital Lemoore, approximately 145,000 square feet in five facilities. Work is comprised of space cleaning to minimize pathogens and prevent cross contamination, emptying waste containers, low area cleaning to include sills, ledges, railings, grills, walls, doors, tables, some equipment, and light fixtures, high area cleaning to include overhead piping, vents, and light fixtures, special cleaning to include drinking fountains and sinks, floor care, sweeping, dust mopping, vacuuming carpets, cleaning walk off mats, spray cleaning and buffing floors, damp mopping, carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, and sealing floors, tile cleaning, restroom services, perimeter services such as picking up trash, vacuuming curtains and drapes, cleaning window interiors and exteriors, cleaning window blinds, providing recycling containers and collecting and moving recycling materials to loading dock, providing patient check-out services to include changing bed linen, and providing medical waste disposal services to include bio-waste, pharmaceutical waste, pathology/chemo waste and amalgam container waste. One year base period to begin October 1, 2017 plus four one year option periods.
