This requirement will be satisfied through commercial item competition procedures to establish an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The MATOC pool will consist of no more than three responsible small businesses. The MATOC pool will have a maximum capacity of $5,500,000.00.
