Description
Product Description and Terms and Conditions ***Please submit offers and questions, in writing only to Steven S. Shaw at steven.s.shaw@nasa.gov*** This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a MAGMA 16-slot Express Expansion System. Please see the attached SF 18 document for Product Description and Terms and Conditions associated with this solicitation. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Standard Size for this procurement is 335999/500 respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. However any award from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System For Awards Management (SAM) and completion of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM System prior to award at www.sam.gov. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to MSFC, Central Receiving, Bldg. 4631, MSFC, AL 35812. Interested organizations may submit their offers to this effort in writing to Steven S. Shaw at steven.s.shaw@nasa.gov not later than 4:30pm CST on July 18, 2017. It must include solicitation number, FOB Destination shipping terms, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration, taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial items, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (Oct 2105), Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, which is incorporated by reference. The FAR may be obtained via the Internet at URL: http://www.acqusition.gov/far/index.html The NSF may be obtained via the Internet at URL: http://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/procurement/regs/nfstoc.htm Selection and award shall be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Technical acceptability shall be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84 Ombudsman (Nov 2011), is applicable.
