Description
Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation AG-64R4-S-17-0024 is issued as RFQ under FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95 Open Market, NAICS 237310 Project Magnitude: Under $25,000. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to complete the following work: The admin site asphalt patching area is approximately 552 SY. This area will be marked by the Forest Service. Contractor shall cut existing asphalt area as marked. Then area will be excavated 10 inches in depth and material disposed of off-site. Base rock shall be placed 6 inches in depth and in two lifts. Asphalt shall be placed 4 inches in depth and in two-lifts. Asphalt and Base rock finished elevations shall be constructed to provide drainage of surface to utilize existing drainage features. 48 hour notice must be given before constructions begins. Contractor shall provide all traffic control necessary to perform project. Care shall be taken not to damage existing pavement or structures. Site Visit: A contractor evaluation of site is recommended. A pre-bid visit with Darren Morris; Transportation Engineer, can be scheduled.
